I don’t know if this is still being said of the Christian Nerd community now, but 10 years ago it was very uncommon to see Christians in the Nerd world space. I actually had people tell me they didn’t think you could be a nerd and a Christian. 6o Fortunately with those people I actually had a conversation with them which helped them understand how Christian’s absolutely can be in the Nerd space of this world. Nowadays prob only bots and people with a spirit of religion still think this but I love seeing more and more of us in this space!!! Have you ever punched a bear? lol classic Cassandra! I have had this Cosplay for almost 10 years and have never taken real pictures in it! My mom actually was the first one to wear this Cosplay to a Comic Con down in Texas. It was the first Comic Con her and my father had ever gone to it was Austin Wizard world. originally I had made a Leliana Cosplay for myself and had this coat and wig that she ended up wearing because she didn’t have a costume to wear but wanted her to participate! My dad ended up going as Homer Simpson it was pretty amazing! With the recent snowstorm I knew I had to get some snow pictures in Cosplay and as I was going through my closet I found this hanging there and realized I need to do this one I’ve never done this before! My oldest daughter, who’s 15, took the photos and I edited them! Pretty happy with how they turned out grateful for some snow and some awesome family members :-)! I thought they were over in the Carpet area at first but it seemed like they put all the craft stuff actually in the craft area. I ended up getting a bolt of rip stop for $20 normally six dollars a yard two gold trim for 1.99, black lace 12yds for 4.99, 4in wide trim for 3.99 and buttons for 1$!!! Overall I technically did find a bolt fabric from Joann’s so the rumors are true!! Not sure if they will get more but I am def putting Ollies on my list of store to double check every once in a while!!
